At Werenfridus, we are looking for an enthusiastic 1st-degree teacher who not only teaches theory from textbooks but also brings the world into the classroom. Is this for you?<\/em>

\nAt Werenfridus, you are not only part of a department but also a member of a team. Together with the team leader, the team is responsible for the educational outcomes and the pedagogical-didactic approach within the department. We work with five teams: the foundation year, lower secondary (HAVO and VWO), and upper secondary (HAVO and VWO). Based on your affinity with the target group and the organisation's needs, you will be assigned to a team in consultation.

\nWhat will you do?<\/strong>
\nIn this role, you will teach approximately 25 lessons per week to students in the third year and upper classes of HAVO and VWO. This is a temporary appointment of one year, with a maximum of 1.0 FTE, of which 0.4 FTE is project-based for one school year.

\nSchool plan<\/strong>
\nThis school year, we have started with the new school plan (see video below). The basis of this school plan is to support pupils in becoming engaged, independent, and motivated global citizens. We want to achieve this by providing meaningful education with a distinct focus on formative assessment and the fundamental skills of language and mathematics, digital literacy, and citizenship.
