Then we are looking for you!<\/p><p><p><strong>The function<br><\/strong>As a Service Point employee, you are responsible for providing service and user support at the location. You are the point of contact for employees, students, and external contacts, and you also represent the school in a professional manner. You are hospitable, solution-oriented, and you strive to provide the customer with the correct information or to refer them to the appropriate person. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining light administrative duties. Together with the team, you contribute to a safe learning and working environment. We believe it is important that students, employees, and visitors feel welcome at Talland. Together with your colleagues from the facilities team, you contribute to this. In this role, you report to the team leader.<\/p><p><p><strong>About the team\u00a0<br><\/strong><span>In the Facilities and Service team, employees work who, from the Service Point, can give customers a warm welcome. We are able to ask the right questions so that the customer's needs are optimally met. This happens by telephone, by email, but also in person at the locations. The team works at all five locations of the Talland College. We believe it is important that each location retains its own identity, but that we work together using the same approach and strive for the same quality level. The total team consists of 73 FTE, the team in Heerhugowaard consists of 16 great colleagues.<\/span><span> <\/span><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><p><strong>Your profile<br><\/strong>You enjoy being the first point of contact for Talland College. You are able to communicate with students, colleagues, and external guests in a correct and friendly manner. You are flexible in your availability (day and evening shifts, and occasionally Saturdays) and are able to quickly switch between practical tasks and personal interactions with people. You are open to new developments and ways of working. You are ICT-proficient and hold at least an MBO3\/4 diploma.<br><\/p><p><strong>Our offer<br><\/strong>The field of work and your profession are constantly changing. The grading depends on your relevant (work) experience and education;<\/p><\/li><li><p>holiday allowance of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.33%;<\/p><\/li><li><p>group insurance;<\/p><\/li><li><p>attractive vitality and lifestyle schemes;<\/p><\/li><li><p>With a full-time employment contract, you are entitled to 30 holiday days.
