We offer education to MAVO (pre-vocational secondary education) and HAVO (senior general secondary education) pupils and focus strongly on inclusive education.<br>\nWithin our school, the support team assists pupils with their learning process and with social, societal, psychological, and educational support needs.\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<strong>The route provision<\/strong><br>\nThe curriculum provision is an internal provision for pupils with specific support\/guidance needs that go beyond basic school support.<br>\nThe core team, led by the support coordinator, decides which pupils are eligible for support.<br>\nThe trajectory provisioning focuses on:\n<ul>\n<li>Providing tailored support to pupils;<\/li><li>Supporting and advising lecturers.;<\/li><li>Liaising with parents and external partners.<\/li><\/ul>\nA (draft) support plan with goals and appropriate interventions will be drawn up for each student.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Work<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributes to guiding students with social, psychological, and educational support needs.;<\/li><li>Draws up support plans with achievable goals and appropriate guidance activities.;<\/li><li>Supports individual pupils or groups of pupils based on the support plan.;<\/li><li>Assesses supervision and identifies additional support needs;<\/li><li>Makes suggestions for amending the support plan;<\/li><li>Conducts counselling sessions with pupils and parents\/carers, coaches and, if necessary, external support services.;<\/li><li>Where applicable, provides shelter within the trajectory service and supports with planning and organisation.<\/li><\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<strong>Collaboration with teachers<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Advises teachers and coaches on methods and techniques to use, appropriate to the student's support needs.;<\/li><li>Supports teachers and coaches in applying these approaches;<\/li><li>Think along with practical questions in the classroom.<\/li><\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<strong>Multidisciplinary collaboration<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Participates in multidisciplinary consultations (such as core team\/MDO);<\/li><li>Contributes from their own expertise to plans and interventions;<\/li><li>Scrutinised with parents\/carers, pupil, coach and external partners;<\/li><li>Informs pupils and parents about the support options within school.<\/li><\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<strong>General tasks<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring reporting in Magister and student files;<\/li><li>Contributing to intake and placement within the trajectory provision;<\/li><li>Providing support in the implementation of policy at an operational level.;<\/li><li>Drafting (advisory) notes and providing input for the further development of support within schools.;<\/li><li>Liaising with stakeholders within and outside the school.<\/li><\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n&nbsp;\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job requirements<\/h2><strong>Job requirements<\/strong><br>\n<strong>Training and experience<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed higher professional education (HBO) qualification;<\/li><li>Affinity with pupils with special educational needs;<\/li><li>Knowledge of behavioural issues and appropriate education;<\/li><li>Affinity with the target audience (11-18 years old).<\/li><\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<strong>Knowledge and skills<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of and insight into the care structure and social map;<\/li><li>Skill in guiding, motivating, and encouraging pupils.;<\/li><li>Skill in advising teachers and coaches;<\/li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.;<\/li><li>Skill in drawing up plans and notes;<\/li><li>Able to work in a structured and action-oriented manner.<\/li><\/ul>\n<strong>Personal qualities<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Engaged and solution-oriented;<\/li><li>Flexible and resilient to stress;<\/li><li>Able to build a trusting relationship with pupils, parents and colleagues;<\/li><li>Reflective and professional;<\/li><li>Proactive;<\/li><li>Focused on collaboration and alignment.<\/li><\/ul>\n<br>\n&nbsp;<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment conditions<\/h2><strong>What we offer<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary in scale 9 CAO VO (\u20ac3,326 \u2013 \u20ac5,025 full-time);<\/li><li>Holiday pay and year-end bonus;<\/li><li>October allowance in accordance with collective bargaining agreement;<\/li><li>Free during all school holidays;<\/li><li>Personal budget;<\/li><li>ABP Pension;<\/li><li>Training opportunities via the SVOK academy;<\/li><li>A dedicated team within a school where inclusive education is central.<\/li><\/ul>\n&nbsp;<br>\n&nbsp;<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application information<\/h2>Do you recognise yourself in this profile and are you ready for the next step within a practical mavo\/havo school?
