As education professionals, we offer our pupils education, with extra care and attention.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p><p>As a Dutch teacher, you teach VMBO students in both the junior and senior years, including students with an LWOO indication. You guide students in developing language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) and know how to convey theory clearly and in a structured manner.<\/p><p data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1231\">You use a variety of activating methods to make the lesson material accessible and meaningful. You create a safe and clear learning environment in which pupils feel seen and are motivated to learn.<\/p><p data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1500\">With your pedagogical approach, you build a strong relationship with pupils and cater to their support needs. You truly make a difference: not only do you improve their language skills, but you also give them confidence and prospects for the future.<\/p><p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1693\">In the upper school, you will prepare students specifically for the Dutch exam and support their progression to vocational education (mbo), with extra attention paid to comprehension, writing, and communication.<\/p><p data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1766\">You will work closely with colleagues in a dedicated and expert team.<\/p><p><strong>What do you bring?<\/strong><\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>You hold a qualification for the Dutch language subject, are in the final stages of your training, or are willing to obtain it in the short term.<\/li><li>You are pedagogically strong and know how to create a safe and supportive learning environment.<\/li><li>You have an affinity with the target group (vmbo\/lwoo) and understand what these students need to be able to learn.<\/li><li>You can clearly explain theoretical subject matter and know how to convey it with creative methods.<\/li><li>You possess didactic skills and differentiate where necessary, catering to pupils in lower and upper secondary education.<\/li><li>You are flexible, committed, and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>An appointment with a scope of\u00a0<strong>0.8 to 1.0 FTE<\/strong><\/li><li>A dynamic working environment with committed and passionate colleagues<\/li><li>Scope for own initiative and professional development<\/li><li>A role at scale LB (\u20ac3,622 to \u20ac5,520 full-time), depending on experience and suitability<\/li><li>Good employment terms, including a pension scheme, a cycle-to-work scheme, and an annual bonus of 8.33%%<\/li><li>A MacBook on loan for your work<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Interested?<\/strong><br>Are you the Dutch teacher we are looking for?
