Employment conditions<\/h2>A temporary position in a challenging and informal working environment, where pupils and staff can achieve personal development that matches their aptitude, competencies, and ambition. The position is graded according to the Collective Labour Agreement for Secondary Education (CAO VO) in scale LB (min. \u20ac3463 max. \u20ac5277 for a full-time employment) depending on experience.
