In this, you will be supported by your manager.<\/p>  \n    <p>You deliver lessons with great enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring that pupils enjoy attending them. You know what a pupil needs to develop. With your knowledge of pupil guidance, educational innovation and activating didactics, you are a pleasant discussion partner for pupils and their parents. You keep an eye on personal development and offer support where necessary.<\/p>  \n    <h2>What do you bring?<\/h2>  \n    <ul>  \n        <li>You hold a qualification for the subject you are qualified to teach (1st or 2nd grade), you are in training or willing to obtain your qualification.<\/li>  \n        <li>You have passion for the subject you teach and see it as enriching to enthuse your students about it.<\/li>  \n        <li>In addition, you are digitally literate and know exactly how to use these skills.<\/li>  \n    <\/ul>  \n    <h2>What can you expect?<\/h2>  \n    <p>You contribute to providing challenging education.
