{"id":936,"date":"2025-09-16T11:47:18","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T09:47:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/onderwijsregiohollandsnoorden.nl\/?page_id=936"},"modified":"2025-10-14T01:29:05","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T23:29:05","slug":"study-flexible-training-routes-on-under-and-otherwise-competent","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/onderwijsregiohollandsnoorden.nl\/en\/onderzoek-flexibele-opleidingsroutes-on-onder-en-anders-bevoegd\/","title":{"rendered":"Pilot project Flexible training routes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Target<\/strong><br>The purpose of the <em>Living Lab Flexible Training Routes<\/em> is to develop a practical and tailored learning route for colleagues who are not (yet) fully qualified, so that they can progress to a second-degree qualification or competence in a shortage subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this pilot project, we want to achieve a smoother transition for employees who have already started employment this school year but cannot yet start their formal <em>lateral entry into the profession<\/em>-training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Approach<\/strong><br>These employees are already being offered a support programme consisting of two components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Joint meetings<\/strong> - focusing on basic pedagogical and didactic skills, knowledge sharing and teacher orientation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extra guidance at school<\/strong> - personal coaching and hands-on support, tailored to individual learning and development needs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, participants already build practical experience, develop their professionalism and increase their chances of a successful start in formal training as well as in education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/onderwijsregiohollandsnoorden.nl\/en\/contact\/\">Want to know more?
