This raises questions about the impact on both students and the quality of teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong><br>The aim of this living lab is to gain concrete insights into the use of students with paid appointments for teaching duties. The research focuses on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifying potential risks to students and educational process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exploring the desirability of this deployment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying required adjustments in supervision or training of students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exploring possible positive effects of this practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Research methodology<\/strong><br>What adjustments to existing structures are needed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quantitative research<\/strong><br>Mapping the number of regular students fulfilling paid teaching hours, including data on year of study, subject area, number of teaching hours and type of school (VMBO, HAVO, VWO, MBO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualitative research<\/strong><br>Interviews with relevant stakeholders to investigate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What interests come into play?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What risks arise and how are they substantiated?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What opportunities does this situation present?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/onderwijsregiohollandsnoorden.nl\/en\/contact\/\">Want to know more?
